Key Features
• Manufactured from one oversized door slab
• Mitre or butt-joint frame options
• Adjustable rail size and frame projection
• Automatic tongue-and-groove machining
• Adjustable machining clearances for easier assembly
• Automatic rail surfacing, corner reliefs and release cuts
• Visual frame uses the same door material and texture
• CNC-ready second-operation workflow
Production Workflow
- Nest the oversized door — hinges and other standard door machining are completed at this stage.
- Edge the outside of the oversized door blank.
- Run the second operation — machine the face, tongues, frame rails, mitres or butt joints, and release the four frame pieces.
- Clip / fit the frame pieces back onto the door.
- Edge the outside of the assembled door to complete the finished face-frame door.
A practical way to produce a detailed framed door while keeping the material, grain and finish consistent across the complete assembly.
